'Most definitely I would recommend Toni Mould as a motivational speaker.  I have seen how her workshops have impacted the people that has attended. She shows her participants that anything is possible and also to see things through her eyes. Lets create awareness in our schools, work places, and churches.'

- Anet Bosman, 2018-

'Toni came and spoke to a group of us about a week ago in Franschhoek and the session was really good. It was practical, in that a few people among us were made to experience for a few hours in a small way what not having sight, or mobility in certain means. Moreover, Toni is very engaging and interacted well with us as a classroom audience, challenging us to see life from the perspective of the disabled whilst at the same time humbly admitting that her experience as a disabled person does not represent the experiences of all people with disabilities.'

- Vilio Hifindaka, Shofar Christian Church Ministry Training Program, 2018-

'Toni is an engaging and dynamic individual who captures her audience with her resilience and love for life. I had the privilege of watching a number of her workshops with teenagers, were she was able to engage with the teens at their level and raise awareness around issues such as bullying, self-image, mental health issues, as well as resilience and believing in the power of one’s dreams.’

- Nolene Reddy, Student Teacher, Rhenish High School, 2018-

‘I enjoyed learning how one can move on from problems that effect you physically.  I learnt that it’s not the end of the world, even when your body seems to have given up. My cousin had cerebral palsy and he passed away a few years ago because of it.  When she was talking about her disability, I thought about how he could’ve been if he had been more developed and was still alive. It was very eye-opening to see how a disease can have different effects on you.’

- Grade 11 Learner, Rhenish High School, 2018-

‘At first I did not know what to expect when we were told we would be visited by Toni. I walked into the class without expectation and with an open mind and left 45 minutes later feeling empowered and grateful. I was so intrigued by her story. Being in grade 11 you are faced with so many challenges and you forget that others are faced with challenges of their own. The visit with Toni really put things back in perspective for me and I got a sense of what was important again. It made me realize that my “problems” are in fact not as big as they may always seem and made me think about all that I take for granted. Toni is still so enthusiastic about life even through she faces challenges. She is an inspiration and she has opened my eyes.’

‘And which was also great about your session – it covered a very broad area of what disability all entails and the different elements around it. I really liked listening to you (and loved your sense of humor!) while you were speaking and elaborating on certain points – it was evident that what you shared really came from the heart. So I was captivated!’

'I honestly just want to thank you for the session you had with us. This might sound very cliche but you had a huge impact on me. For sometime I was uncertain that my careers choice was the right one, and you just came and confirmed it once again. You are truly a huge inspiration to many. Thank you for the effort and time you put into the session. It was greatly appreciated. '

‘The experience was life-changing. I remember feeling excluded from the group (when I was blindfolded) and wanted to hold on to Gareth’s arm just to make sure that I was still part of something.  The thought of us potentially getting a coffee break, and me needing to walk down the stair, was scary. What stood out most of all was our level of insensitivity.  Whether we create an environment that complicates the lives of people with impairments, or insist on praying for them in order for them to be ‘fixed’ ….. We have a lot to learn and I thank you for the opportunity to have my eyes opened.’
